Who We Are



Project H.O.P.E. of Cleveland, Inc. is a local grassroots, non-profit organization that has provided free health screenings, wellness education, and medical referrals to the community since 1993.  While our services are available to anyone living in the City of Cleveland, Ohio, Project H.O.P.E. mainly serves residents of the St. Clair-Superior and Glenville neighborhoods who cannot receive proper medical care due to a lack of health insurance and other barriers to obtaining health care.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide a temporary health care safety net for individuals in need while educating and empowering them to manage their own health, always respecting the dignity of each person we serve. 

Our prevention goals

Our prevention goals are to help our guests avoid catastrophic outcomes of untreated chronic illnesses by accessing health and wellness resources.
